English & Drama teacher, Maddy, demonstrates eye yoga techniques to alleviate eye strain after a full day of Zoom learning. Teaching mindfulness is part of being able to be calm, reflective and focused. Zoom school has allowed the opportunity to practise this technique - which hopefully will have lasting benefit.
